The Pharmacy Steering Committee's focus is to:
- Develop and oversee strategies for continuous improvement of medication affordability and adherence
- Act as an advocate for consumers
- Develop strategies for consumer awareness and education
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive overview of the pharmacy-related initiatives of healthcare stakeholders in the region

The Consumer Advisory Council advises the President and CEO.
The role of the Council is to:
- Represent the voice of the consumer/patient
- Recommend patient-centered opportunities for improvement in the delivery of healthcare
- Assist the Program Manager to identify consumers to serve on project teams
- Assist the Communications Manager with consumer education initiatives, including the website, marketing campaigns and general messaging
Data Advisory Committee

The role of the Data Advisory Committee is to:
- Ensure that data is collected for the entire scope of an initiative and properly documented
- Establish common definitions of data content across all organizations
- Develop well-defined data dictionaries with clear meanings and acceptable values for each data element
- Define the attributes and values of data at the correct level of detail
- Define the legal aspects of the data elements to execute security measures accordingly
