Two weeks ago, Quality Quest for Health of Illinois teamed up with Great Harvest Bread Company and participated in the 2010 Women’s Lifestyle show here in Peoria. Quest focused on Healthy Lifestyles and handed out informational booklets in regards to eating healthy without breaking the bank, meal substitutions for our favorite foods, portion control tips to live by, and recipes that won’t add inches to your waistline. The turn out was amazing as over 2,000 participants stopped by our booth, tried out the preventive care calculator and sampled delicious trail mix donated by Great Harvest. Quest also raffled off two holiday wreaths that convention goers were delighted by.

We would like to thank all the attendees that helped make this year’s convention one to remember. Quest was thrilled by the positive feedback in regards to our Healthy Lifestyles feature and we will post the handouts on our website for those who could not make it out this year.
